IMPLEMENTATION

Phase II-Implementation: At C.R.E.I, we will continue our support by assembling a group of experts needed to implement the resolution found in  phase I.  The support in implementation  includes the following:

• Estimate timeline and work force needed

• Create the project time line including global support

• Implement the solution

• Re-evaluate the solution for efficiency and re-assessment
